Updating to 3.5.2. Also includes updates to 3.5.1 because I didn't check them in properly the first time. 3.5.1 modifies Authoxy_PantherPref.m to properly CFRelease any CFPropertyListRef objects. 3.5.2 modifies NTLM.c and AuthoxyDaemon.h to change all short/long to int16/int32, because a long is no longer 32bit on 64bit architecture.

Dealing with the PID issues when the daemon is started. Updated some comments, and brought the startAuthoxy up to date.

Update in preparation for 3.1.2 perhaps. Added Changes msg to main view. Stopped log parsing over around 750MB. Added killall when process not found. Also removed all that Authorization stuff, unfortunately it is no good for 10.2.

Increased recv buffer size from 1024 bytes to 2048 bytes. Optimised the buffer transfer code to only create one new buffer and copy the old stuff over, rather than using a temp buffer of the same size and transfering back and forth. Finally, added content length detection to Step 2 of the NTLM code. The idea is to attempt to predict the closure of the connection after Step 2, rather then waiting for the server to close it.
