Function ulam_spiral(iterations) within UlamSpiral.py implements the string version of Ulam Spiral by encoding the 4 directions for each integer on the plot - Right, Down, Left, Up - as literals R,D,L,U and concatenates them to create a large string (that flattens the spiral) whose length is determined by argument "iterations". 1663.3 Logs python-src/testlogs/UlamSpiral.log.9April2026 show the flattened Ulam Spiral string on literals R,D,L,U for 10 iterations. 1663.4 Alignment of prime numbers along diagonals of Ulam spiral is still a mystery that could unravel pattern in distribution of primes - Ulam spiral string has the pattern (R^(2i+1)-D^(2i+1)-L^(2i+2)-U^(2i+2))* 1663.5 Ulam string can be considered as disjoint union of composite and prime numbers that are mutually complementary based on accumulation of primes along diagonals of Ulam spiral and inturn becomes a Circuit Range Avoidance (AVOID) problem when formulated as range avoiding circuits.

OpenAI wrapper OpenAIQuestionAnswering() call with augmented prompt argument fetches all news articles over the daterange fromdate-todate and analyzes their sentiment polarity scores (classified under Positivity, Objectivity-Neutrality and Negativity). 1662.3 ChatGPT natural language prompt template has been augmented to automatically answer all followup questions as: sentimentanalysis=OpenAIQuestionAnswering("List and Perform sentiment analysis of news articles from " + fromdate + " to " + todate + " on: "+ query +". Assume \"all of the above\" as answer for your followup questions") 1662.4 News articles for following 3 queries are sentiment analyzed for daterange 1/1/2026-7/4/2026: opinion_mining_from_AI_models(query="India",fromdate="01 January 2026",todate="07 April 2026",aimodel="OpenAI") opinion_mining_from_AI_models(query="Tamilnadu",fromdate="01 January 2026",todate="07 April 2026",aimodel="OpenAI") opinion_mining_from_AI_models(query="Chennai metropolitan area",fromdate="01 January 2026",todate="07 April 2026",aimodel="OpenAI") 1662.5 ChatGPT cautions sentiments analyzed earlier with caveat: "Global media trend: Negative news are widely reported (scoop) and magnified while Positive news are relegated. This results in high negative and low positive news sentiments overall" 1662.6 More information in logs for earlier prompts: testlogs/SocialNetworkAnalysis_OpinionMining.log.7April2026

<pre>------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1659. (THEORY and FEATURE) Set Partition Histogram VREPAT Electronic Voting Machines - Enhancements for Digital Indelible Ink and EVM Counting - 31 March 2026 - related to 651,1213,1215,1217,1221,1226,1227,1484,1485,1563,1564 and all sections on Set Partitions and Histogram Analytics, Merit of Large Scale Visuals, GIS Urban Sprawl Analytics - minimum rectangular bounding box of an urban sprawl, Computational Geometric Integer Factorization,Neuro Cryptocurrency Proof-Of-Work Hardness,Economic Merit,Poverty Alleviation,Money Changing Problem,Integer Linear Programming,Pell Diophantine for Factorization,Perfect Numbers,N-dimensional ball,Lebesgue-Borel measure,Chinese remaindering theorem,Kernel lifting,Shell Turing Machines, Survival Index OS Scheduler timeout algorithm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1659.1 python-src/Streaming_SetPartitionAnalytics.py has been updated to tighten voting clause to check if a voter credentials are within a conceptual digital indelible ink array that remembers the tuple (unique id, currency One Time Password serial number of the voter, VREPAT QR receipt password of the voter) combination of all voters so far. This array modernizes the old school physical indelible ink finger marking for voters followed as convention to prevent duplicate votes by same voter. 1659.2 Earlier array DigitalIndelibleInkMarked could be construed as a digital ink that "fades" after sometime - "fading" has to be implemented by a timeout algorithm (similar to Survival Index OS Scheduler envisaged in section 751 of NeuronRain Grafit repositories - course_material/NeuronRain/AdvancedComputerScienceAndMachineLearning/AdvancedComputerScienceAndMachineLearning.txt). 1659.3 Digital Indelible Ink array at present is a local array but in theory has to be globally readable (e.g memcache, redis object). Voter is looked up in global cache and blocked from voting if present till Digital Ink for a voter id expires by timeout. 1659.4 New function count_votes() implements the counting of VREPAT EVMs post-elections by iterating through EVM set partitions and printing the candidates and number of votes polled for them. 1659.5 Logs testlogs/Streaming_SetPartitionAnalytics.log.31March2026 demonstrate a voting simulation for earlier digital ink clause. 1659.6 Following security features ensure voting uniqueness: 1659.6.1 Paper or Digital Currency serial number OTP - nationwide unique per voter unless counterfeits are in circulation 1659.6.2 VREPAT QR code receipt password - private to voter 1659.6.3 Digital Indelible Ink global array - not applied physically, prevents double voting by a global blockchain-like hyperledger 1659.7 A parallel can be drawn between (*) AI recruitment usecase in section 1657.6 in the context of FOSS (which removes plagiarism as a factor and makes original talent selection easy by ensuring entire codebase to be in public domain) and (*) replacing EVM process altogether by AI elections wherein votes are not cast in EVMs but instead computed from opinion mining of social media sentiments - for example MCQ VoterSAT in section 1648 could be automated by an AI workflow that converts social media opinions to votes based on MCQ answers.
