Detailed pandas dataframe result rows are printed. 1594.2 Pandas dataframe query expressions have been made precise to retrieve only Drug-Disease edges related by an indication by & operator: create_PrimeKG_knowledge_graph(mode="CSV",query='x_type=="drug" & y_type=="disease" & relation=="indication"',chunksz=1000,numberofrows=1000,maximumedges=100) #create_PrimeKG_knowledge_graph(mode="CSV",query='x_type=="disease" & y_type=="drug" & relation=="indication"',chunksz=100,numberofrows=1000,maximumedges=10) 1594.3 Example Drug-Disease interaction query earlier prints all possible shortest paths in PrimeKG and degree centrality of vertices in testlogs/KnowledgeGraph.log.9April2025 which could correspond to most important drugs and diseases - earlier query through Nachiketas Formal LLM prompt might assist physicians in AI drug prescriptions (in addition to "indication", "contraindication" relation has to be queried) - excerpts from testlogs/KnowledgeGraph.log.9April2025 show top drugs-diseases in PrimeKG (dominated by Heart and Bloodpressure drugs): Prime KG - Degree centrality (most important vertices): [('hypertensive disorder', 0.9807692307692308), ('hypertension', 0.9615384615384616), ('Fosinopril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Imidapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Cilazapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Amlodipine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Trandolapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Ramipril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Aranidipine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Benazepril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Azilsartan medoxomil', 0.038461538461538464), ('Hydralazine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Quinapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Spirapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Delapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Perindopril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Zofenopril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Chlorthalidone', 0.038461538461538464), ('Lisinopril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Enalaprilat', 0.038461538461538464), ('Enalapril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Isradipine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Doxazosin', 0.038461538461538464), ('Ketanserin', 0.038461538461538464), ('Bendroflumethiazide', 0.038461538461538464), ('Carvedilol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Felodipine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Bisoprolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Oxprenolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Nisoldipine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Betaxolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Terazosin', 0.038461538461538464), ('Captopril', 0.038461538461538464), ('Pinacidil', 0.038461538461538464), ('Mecamylamine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Chlorothiazide', 0.038461538461538464), ('Hydrochlorothiazide', 0.038461538461538464), ('Talinolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Celiprolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Torasemide', 0.038461538461538464), ('Nicardipine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Piretanide', 0.038461538461538464), ('Pargyline', 0.038461538461538464), ('Methyldopa', 0.038461538461538464), ('Guanethidine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Rilmenidine', 0.038461538461538464), ('Furosemide', 0.038461538461538464), ('Propranolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Verapamil', 0.038461538461538464), ('Spironolactone', 0.038461538461538464), ('Carteolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Metoprolol', 0.038461538461538464), ('Guanabenz', 0.019230769230769232)]

So far only REST API CURL requests were supported. 1592.2 GraphQL queries are more comprehensive than REST endpoints and require complex JSON templates which are read from a textfile GitHubCodeSearch_GraphQL.txt with TOKEN being the placeholder for access tokens. TOKEN is replaced at runtime by temporary personal access tokens and executed by os.system() instead of os.popen() due to string wrap problem with CURL JSON template POST request strings. In principle, os.system() has to be replaced by subprocess.call(), popen2() - popen3() - popen4() functions in recent python versions or subprocess.check_output() to capture stdout. Actual result of earlier CURL GraphQL query is not printed by os.system() but can be manually checked from commandline execution as: {"data":{"viewer":{"login":"shrinivaasanka"}}} 1592.3 More information from logs - testlogs/SocialNetworkAnalysis_PeopleAnalytics.log.26March2025 ~

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1591. (THEORY and FEATURE) Analysis of Matiyasevich Python programs for Riemann Hypothesis 4 - AI Loop termination analysis through various models, D'Alembert convergence test for loop condition LHS-RHS ratio timeseries and increased iterations - related to 629,751,1191,1217,1354,1357,1443,1459,1477,1552,1553,1554,1556 to all sections on Riemann Zeta Function, Set partitions, Computational geometry, Program analysis/Software analytics/Scheduler Analytics,Master Theorem,Busy Beaver Function, Fractal Hausdorff Dimension-Box counting dimension, Timeseries analysis ,Complement diophantines, Worst case execution time estimation - 24 March 2025 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1591.1 python-src/MatiyasevichRH.py has been updated to increase number of iterations to 20000. 1591.2 D'Alembert series convergence test for while loop LHS-RHS ratio timeseries (present term/previous term) has been implemented. 1591.3 In continuation of Grok 3 X AI Think reasoning engine loop termination analysis of Matiyasevich python program for Riemann Hypothesis in Section 1556.11 - https://github.com/shrinivaasanka/asfer-github-code/blob/master/python-src/testlogs/Grok%203%20Think%20-%20Reasoning%20Engine%20termination%20analysis%20of%20Matiyasevich%20python%20program%20for%20Riemann%20Hypothesis.pdf - which concludes that the while loop is infinite and thus proving Riemann Hypothesis, few additional AI models - ChatGPT, Meta AI Llama, Claude AI, DeepSeek, Mistral AI - have been consulted and their analysis has been summarized in https://github.com/shrinivaasanka/asfer-github-code/blob/c9e6d7ab3d47142c8223037ea9c2ece1c9090965/python-src/testlogs/AILoopTerminationAnalysisOfMatiyasevichPythonProgramForRiemannHypothesisByVariousAIModels.pdf 1591.4 Most AI models are circumspect in their analysis of the while loop condition and predict the while loop to be infinite with high probability due to exponential growth of RHS and occasional increment of LHS due to GCD computation not being able to catch-up with RHS. 1591.5 Iterations have been increased to 20000 to verify if the Higuchi Fractal Dimension of the while loop condition LHS-RHS ratio series reaches 2 in which case the set could be a Mandelbrot fractal set undecidable by Blum-Shub-Smale (BSS) Turing machines over complex field per section 1554.7 on undecidability of Mandelbrot sets by BSS machines and therefore by less powerful binary Turing machines - If this timeseries ever reaches a fractal dimension of 2 after huge iterations, it makes entire program undecidable possibly due to an infinite loop thus making Riemann Hypothesis to be True. 1591.6 If, on the contrary, above while loop terminates, then from section 1217.14 on [Matiyasevich-O'Rear-Aaronson], earlier Matiyasevich python program is indeed a Turing machine of 744 states that halts "if and only if" Riemann Hypothesis is False (due to if and only if clause)- in other words, if above python program has a Turing machine of states more or less than 744, then Riemann Hypothesis is possibly True. So an alternative could be to encode earlier python program to a minimum Turing machine in NQL and check whether number of states in it is 744. 1591.7 Logs and graph plot for while loop LHS-RHS ratio are available in: MatiyasevichRH.LHSRHSRatio.24March2025.jpg MatiyasevichRH.greppedlog.24March2025 (grepped for Higuchi dimension and D'Alembert test due to huge 1.7 GB sized log = full log withheld) From above logs, Higuchi Fractal dimension seems to be hovering around ~1.8 and the graph plot for while loop LHS-RHS ratio timeseries has a striking resemblance to Robert May's logistic map x(n+1) = r*x(n)(1-x(n)) - https://blbadger.github.io/logistic-map.html - possibly predicting chaos underneath Riemann Zeta Function. D'Alembert ratio test doesn't show convergence for 20000 iterations due to fluctuating but attenuating ratio.
