Fixed a bug in aperture check for transition markers, that appeared after the bug fix to the racetrack aperture check in the previous commit. The reason is that transition aperture check calls the check for racetrack. Because of this fix, the tests that were updated in the last commit have been reverted to the previous version, since they are now equivalent.

Corrected the aperture check for racetrack elements. The previous version was based on an old MAD definition that is no longer compatible. Since the transition elements call the racetrack check, the interpolated loss location changed in some of the tests, which have been updated. Some of the tests also required an update to the ALICEPIPE and BTVSS apertures, since they were using the old incompatible format. The initialization of racetrack apertures also had to be corrected, such that the interpolation is done correctly.
