TheOEStudio: Added music and SFX support to PLOS:O, Added commands to PLOS to download and update local resources using the latest repository DB files.

TheOEStudio: Updated website CSS and changed rss feed readers using local code, little javascript, little php.

TheOEStudio: All XSLT templates are finished for the Online - PLOSDB. It should look... pretty now.
