Using Osirix for about 2 years, i can honestly say it is the best DICOM Viewer i've ever used. The best part of Osirix is, the "dynamic nature" in improvements. You can not find it in any vendor software, since they are the products of mostly non-user developers. Osirix team always responded the "feature requests" from real Osirix users, expeditiously. I can not finish this review without saying something about Mac infrastructure, which is way behind others and adds too much to Osirix.
