So I reverted my local.php to the original one and I can access the console again.
Then I went to the Extension Manager > Installed plugins > Active Directory Auth Plugin via the admin console. I already enabled it but I still see "This auth plugin is not enabled in configuration, consider disabling it."

That sounds right, cziehr. My images are being exported from my image software with uppercase letters and sometimes whitespaces. I can change that. Thank you!

Each line needs a semicolon, fortunately I have done enough php to know that what you are doing is executing those settings as code and the missing semicolon made php fail(*).
Please don't worry, it is not executed as code. But it is not possible
