EPITA Research and Development Laboratory (LRDE)

The LRDE, EPITA Research and Development Laboratory, was created to promote research activities and to allow students from EPITA (a French computer science engineering school) to be involved in research projects. The LRDE's goal is science through publication and collaboration with other research centers and applied research in collaboration with industry. A specialty of the LRDE is creating a synergy between traditional education methods and learning through research, allowing students to meet with teachers-researchers and to participate in production of knowledge in the field of information technology, while allowing the teachers-researchers to be at the highest level to develop research training for students joining the laboratory and give them access to postgraduate training.
