Often writers themselves do the editing and formatting work which is not to be done. By doing so the writer is committing more mistakes rather than eliminating them. Often due to the writers blindness the writer might not find mistakes himself and so there are chances of committing more errors. When a second person edits the report then it is easy to find him/her the mistakes and also read the report from the reader’s perspective.
