David Mudrak

David is a freelance developer and adviser in the field of education and research oriented web portals and database applications. His favourite platform is Moodle. He used to be an ICT teacher at a high school and information literacy researcher at Charles University in Prague. His Ph.D. research focused on a theory of developing the competency to handle structured data, information and knowledge.
